It's not only who is "culturally advanced", but many aspects of each country's history. E.g. Poland and the Czech Republic have very similar (let's say slavic) cultural backgrounds, but much less Czech people believe in christian mythology, or they existence of a supernatural creator today.
Poor fish, If they do admit to believing in god they have to have a little human stick man printed on their back so loads of them just keep quite about it all.
This confirms what I always thought - fish dont believe in God. But then neither do I.
